Investment:

In January 2023, Florac joined Triton Pacific Capital Partners and Star Mountain Capital in partnering with IPA’s founders to provide financial backing and industry expertise in support of the Company’s mission to improve access to quality care for patients affected by chronic pain in Central and West Texas.

Key achievements:

IPA is well positioned to take advantage of recent trends in the pain management space, most notably the shift away from opioids towards advanced procedures that deliver better patient outcomes. The Company aims to continue its expansion via de novo buildouts and acquisitions of clinics and ambulatory surgery centers. With support from its new partners, IPA will continue to define best-in-class pain management care and drive value to all stakeholders.
