Sperber Landscape Companies (“SLC”) is a commercial landscaping services provider serving clients throughout the United States. Primarily providing maintenance services, SLC also offers design assistance and turnkey installation solutions for select commercial projects. SLC is led by Richard Sperber, the former Chairman and CEO of ValleyCrest Companies.

Investment

In early 2019, Richard Sperber was seeking like-minded equity partners to help him build the early team and identify and diligence prime acquisition targets to rapidly scale the business from the outset. When the business launched in April 2019, it was already working on multiple large-scale installation projects and had ample equity financing to execute on its first strategic tuck-in, which was completed shortly after launch.
