Investment
In April 2024, Florac made a strategic investment in USS alongside General Partner, Emerald Lake Capital Management, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm that acquired the Company in 2021. The strategic investment enables USS to continue executing on growth levers including expanding plant capacity and adding new product offerings.
